Spend more timeclosing.
Reps spend about 40% of the week actually selling. These 50 workflows hand the rest back — each one telling you when to run it, what goes in, and the number that proves it worked.
01 / The problem
Selling got harder in ways nobody updated their process for.
These are published 2026 benchmark figures, not claims about this product. They are the reason the workflows inside are shaped the way they are.
None of that is fixed by a better prompt. It is fixed by knowing which accounts to drop before you research them, whether your domain can deliver at all, who else has to say yes, and which deals in your pipeline are already dead. That is what the fifty workflows do.
02 / The spine
Every workflow has all six stages. No exceptions.
Most AI sales content stops at the prompt. That is stage three of six. The stages either side of it — knowing when to run, what data to feed it, what to do with the output, and how to tell whether it worked — are where the result actually comes from, and they are the parts nobody writes down.
03 / The mechanic
Fill in one profile. All 145 prompts already know your business.
This is the part a prompt pack structurally cannot do, and the reason the offline app is in the box rather than a folder of text files.
- You fill in five fields
What you sell, at what deal size, through what motion, and which markets you contact. Ten minutes, once — and if you own the Marketing Vault, eleven more import themselves.
- Workflows write the other fourteen
Your ICP, buying committee, signals, lead scoring, value propositions, objections, qualification framework and stage definitions get written by the workflows as you run them. The profile fills itself in.
- Every prompt carries it automatically
183 typed variables —
{{SALES_CORE}},{{COMPANY}},{{WHAT_WE_SELL}}. Hit copy and your context is already inside. - So outputs compound instead of restarting
Workflow 33 scores a deal using the qualification framework workflow 32 built and the committee map workflow 4 drew. You stop re-explaining your business to a blank chat window fifty times.

One workflow, eleven deals, and a £60,000 correction.
This is the worked example from SW-33, printed in full in the book. Halden & Co. is one of three fictional example businesses — but the arithmetic is real, and it is recomputed by an independent test on every build.
rather than confidence
→
Nobody lost a deal. The same eleven rows, scored on things you can point at instead of on how the deal feels, moved the quarter by £60,000 — and the correct response to being short in week three is nothing like the response to being ahead. The workflow then criticises its own scoring rubric for letting the largest deal in the book band healthy while single-threaded.
That is one workflow of fifty. Every one carries a worked example like this, with the arithmetic shown and the failure modes named.

Thirteen blocks on every card. A card missing one does not ship.
This is enforced by a linter, not by eye — all 50 cards were checked automatically before the book was built. Averaging 2,666 words each.
One sentence, in your words — not a feature name.
A calendar date, an event or a threshold. Never “whenever.”
Each input: what it is, where to get it, what format, and whether it is free, paid or yours.
A free path and a paid path, with named tools.
This workflow’s six stages drawn with its real branches and loops.
Numbered prompts with role, context, constraints and an output schema.
Real input and the output it produced, using the running case brands.
B2B/B2C, industry, tone, length, market — and the exact line to edit.
What good looks like, explicit reject criteria, and the hallucination checks.
One KPI, its formula, how to baseline it, and a realistic range.
Minutes by hand versus minutes with this, plus the API cost.
The three ways it goes wrong, and the fix for each.
Manual → semi → full, with the platform and trigger named.
06 / The book
528 pages, and every workflow is drawn.
Each workflow gets its own spine diagram with its real branches and loops — 50 of them, drawn as vectors so they stay sharp when you print. Prompts are set in a typeface chosen so that copy-and-paste out of the PDF gives you the prompt back exactly, ligatures and all.

08 / Where to start
You never face a wall of 50 things.
Pick the track that sounds like you and you get a short sequence with a 14-day plan — one workflow per working day, each producing a real asset. By day 14 you have a running campaign and a populated dashboard.
SDR / outbound rep
Signal to research to sequence to booked meeting
Founder-led sales
Zero to a repeatable pipeline without a sales team
Freelancer / consultant
Win clients on your own, without cold volume
Agency / small sales team
Repeatable delivery, clean handoffs, client reporting
Sales manager / team lead
Pipeline, forecast, deal risk and coaching
09 / Automation
Deep on n8n. Honest about the rest.
Automation is the most attractive part of a product like this and the easiest place to overpromise. Here is exactly what you get.
n8n — 10 working blueprints
Real JSON files you import and run. Not screenshots of a canvas.
- Each one was imported into a live n8n instance and confirmed to load before shipping
- Scheduled triggers, branching, error paths and retry handling built in
- Every credential slot documented; no keys baked into the files
- A setup guide covering credentials, spend caps and what to watch on the first run
Make and Zapier — written setups
Step-by-step configuration with field maps, not import files.
- Module-by-module instructions with the exact fields to map
- Why: an import file for these platforms breaks the moment either changes a connector, and a stale file is worse than none
10 / The download
Everything in the zip, listed before you buy.
26 workbooks that calculate
Scorecards, trackers and canvases with the formulas already in the cells — the deal-health rubric, credible coverage, signal lift, objection damage. Every formula was recomputed independently in Python and checked against the worked examples in the book.
The whole thing as a workspace
53 pages and 14 databases that import into Notion in one go, if that is where you'd rather live. The spreadsheets import into Sheets too.
Nothing phones home
The Command Center is a single HTML file. No account, no login, no server, no network calls. Your Sales Core stays in your browser. Open it from a USB stick in ten years and it still works.
11 / Straight talk
What this is not.
Worth being explicit, so you buy the right thing:
- Not a done-for-you service. These are workflows you run. The first pass at each one takes real time — most cards state the manual baseline in minutes so you can see it before you start.
- Not a way to skip knowing your business. The Sales Core needs five honest answers from you. Garbage in, confident garbage out — faster than before.
- Not a guarantee of results. There are no earnings claims here and no case studies, because I am not going to invent either. What's guaranteed is the method, the measurement, and that anything actually broken gets fixed.
- Not fully automated out of the box. 10 of the 50 have importable n8n blueprints. The rest are manual or semi-automated, and each card tells you honestly which it is.
- Not a replacement for your own judgement on compliance. Where a workflow touches consent, disclosure or claims substantiation, it says so and tells you to confirm the rules for your market. That check is yours.
- Pairs with the AI Marketing Automation Vault. That one runs your marketing thinking; this one runs your selling. Same architecture, same case brands, and this one imports that one's Brand Core so you fill the profile once. They do not overlap.
12 / Licence
You buy it once. You own the files.
What you may do
- Use everything for your own business
- Use it on unlimited client projects, including paid work
- Adapt, edit and extend anything in it
- Keep it forever — no expiry, no seat check
- Take every future update, free
What you may not do
- Resell or redistribute the files
- Publish the contents in a course or members' area
- Repackage it as your own product
- Share one licence across a team — one person, one licence
Sales are final — and here is the trade. This is intellectual property delivered as a download. The moment the files are on your machine you hold the entire product, so it cannot be returned and there are no refunds. In exchange you get me: if anything is broken — a formula that miscalculates, a blueprint that will not import, a file that will not open — email prashant@thecodesmith.tech and I will fix it and reissue at no charge, along with free updates for life. So that the decision happens before you pay rather than after, all 50 workflow names, the full file tree, the 13 blocks and a whole "what this is not" section are published above.
13 / The pair
It knows what the Marketing Vault already told it.
The AI Marketing Automation Vault is the same system, built for the half of the funnel that runs before a lead has a name. If you own it, this Vault imports its Brand Core in one click — company, market, ICP, personas, competitors, offer, objections, proof and your never-claim list arrive already filled.
AI Marketing Automation Vault
50 marketing workflows: positioning, content, campaigns, funnels, reporting. Fills the Brand Core.
AI Sales Automation Vault
50 sales workflows: prospecting, outreach, calls, pipeline, forecast. Reads that Brand Core into its Sales Core.
Bought separately they are two complete systems. Bought together they are one business described once — and the handoff that usually loses the plot between marketing and sales is the part that stops being manual.

Is this just a prompt pack with better packaging?
No, and the difference is structural. A prompt pack gives you text to paste. Every workflow here carries a trigger that tells you when to run it, a data contract for what goes in, a QA checklist with reject criteria, a KPI with its formula, and the three ways it fails. That is why 133,000 words sit behind 50 workflows — the instructions are the product. The prompts are one of thirteen blocks.
What is the Sales Core, really?
One profile you fill in once: what you sell, at what deal size, through what motion, in which markets, with which proof and which claims are banned. All {N_PROMPTS} prompts are written against it using {N_VARS} typed variables. The Command Center stores it and injects it every time you copy a prompt, so workflow 33 already knows what workflows 1, 4 and 32 established. Five fields you write yourself; the rest get filled in by workflows as you run them.
Do I need to pay for AI tools on top?
You need one chat assistant. Claude or ChatGPT, and the free tier is enough to start — the prompts are model-agnostic and the book notes the few places where long context or vision actually matters. Every workflow lists a free tool path alongside the paid one. The n8n blueprints do need an API key, and that is metered usage you control.
How current is this? Sales tooling dates fast.
It was built for 2026, which is why the first outreach workflow is a deliverability gate — Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now enforce bulk-sender rules, and the penalty for failing them is rejection rather than a spam folder. It is also why there is a signal-to-action router, a buying-committee map sized for the eleven-stakeholder committees that are now normal, and an outreach compliance gate. A product written two years ago has none of those. Updates are free for life.
Will the automation blueprints run without me?
The 10 n8n files import and run on a schedule, yes — each one was imported into a real n8n instance before shipping, and the setup guide covers credentials and cost caps. But run the manual version two or three times first. These execute against your live data on a timer, and you want to know what good output looks like before nobody is watching. Make and Zapier get written setup guides with field maps rather than import files.
Are the results in the worked examples real?
The outputs are real generations. The businesses are not — they are three fictional companies, labelled as fictional everywhere they appear, used so the examples chain together across all 50 workflows. There are no invented statistics, no fake case studies and no earnings claims anywhere in this product.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes — unlimited client projects, including paid work, and there is a white-label report shell for it. What you cannot do is resell or republish the files themselves. The licence is one page and says exactly this.
Can I get a refund?
No. The files are the product, and once they are downloaded they cannot be handed back, so sales are final. That is exactly why the whole contents are published on this page — all 50 workflow names, the file tree, the 13 blocks, and a full "what this is not" section — so the decision happens before you pay, not after.
What if something is broken?
Email me and I will fix it. A formula that miscalculates, a blueprint that will not import, a file that will not open, a prompt that has gone stale against a model update — that is on me, and the fix is reissued to everyone at no charge. Free updates for life are part of the same promise.
Start every deal with the work already done.
Every week you run the old way is another week of accounts researched that were never going to buy, sequences sent from a domain nobody checked, and deals sitting in the forecast that died a month ago. The AI Sales Automation Vault is $49.99, once, and it is downloadable in the next sixty seconds.
