Home Pricing

Fixed price.
No retainer trap.

We don't publish a price list, because we don't sell shrink-wrapped packages — every project is scoped to your actual problem, then quoted as a fixed number in writing before any money moves. What we can publish is the model, in full, with nothing hidden.

The promise

The First-Slice Guarantee.

Before you commit to anything large, you get proof — for a fixed price you agreed to up front.

We scope the smallest piece of work that proves value — one automation, one landing page, one chatbot, one pipeline stage — and quote it as a single fixed price, in writing. It ships in days to weeks, not quarters. When it's delivered, it's fully yours: the code, the documentation, the credentials. No retainer stands between you and that first result, and nothing about the first slice locks you into a second one.

Price — fixed, agreed before work starts
Timeline — days to weeks
Yours — code, docs, credentials

What a project looks like

Three steps. That's it.

a

The brief

You tell us what's slow, manual or leaking leads. One short form, one reply within a business day — usually with two or three concrete suggestions before any money moves. It costs nothing.

Cost — nothing
Reply — within 1 business day
b

The first slice

We scope the smallest piece that proves value, quote it as a fixed price, and build it. No retainers before results, no open-ended hourly meter running in the background.

Pricing — fixed, in writing
Timeline — days to weeks, not quarters
c

The handover

Code, documentation, credentials and a walkthrough. If you never need us again, that's a successful project. Most people come back with the next bottleneck — by choice, not because they're stuck.

You own — everything
Lock-in — none, by design

Honesty

What you'll never get from us.

No lock-in

You own the code, docs and credentials outright. You can host, edit, extend or replace us any time — nothing is held hostage.

No surprise invoices

The number is fixed and agreed before work starts. No hourly meter you can't see, no line items appearing after the fact.

No junior team on your dime

The person you brief is the person who builds. You're not funding someone's training on a bench you were never shown.

No retainer trap

We don't ask for a monthly commitment before we've proven anything. Results come first; ongoing work is always your choice.

Straight answers

Pricing, answered plainly.

Q

Why isn't there a price list?

Because a fair price depends on your actual scope, not a package tier. We look at your real problem, then quote one fixed number in writing. That way you're never over-paying for shelf-ware or under-served by a box that doesn't fit.

Quote — per scope, in writing
Q

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We quote a fixed price for a defined scope. You know the cost before we start, and an over-run on our side is our problem to manage, not a surprise on your invoice.

Billing — fixed scope, not hourly
Q

Is the brief really free?

Yes. You send one short form; we reply within a business day, usually with a couple of concrete suggestions. No money moves until you've agreed to a scope and its fixed price.

Cost — nothing, no obligation
Q

Do I have to commit to a retainer?

Never before results. We start with a small first slice at a fixed price. If the work earns ongoing help, that's a decision you make afterward — not a condition of starting.

Retainer — optional, always after proof
Q

What do I actually own when it's done?

Everything: the source code, the documentation, and the credentials, handed over with a walkthrough. You can host it yourself, hand it to another team, or extend it in-house. There's no lock-in by design.
