Home Services

Eleven service lines.
One obsession: leverage.

Everything below is built by hand, documented, and handed over so you own it. We'd rather ship you one automation that quietly saves ten hours a week than a deck about "digital transformation." Every service is grounded in production — including the products we run ourselves. Six build things. Five write the documents that stop things being built twice.

01

AI Consulting

We find where AI genuinely pays off in your business — and tell you plainly where it doesn't. Engagements start with a working session on your real processes and data, and end with a prioritised roadmap: what to automate, what to buy, what to build, what to skip. We work with modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, open models), retrieval-augmented generation, and classic ML where it fits — chosen for your problem, not for the hype cycle. Because we run our own AI products daily, the advice comes from production scars, not conference slides.

Format — audit → roadmap → build
Covers — LLMs, RAG, agents, classic ML
Honesty — "don't do this" included
02

AI & Process Automation

The work your team repeats every day — reading inboxes, updating spreadsheets, chasing follow-ups, compiling reports, processing invoices — captured as pipelines that run around the clock. Built on boring, reliable tech (Python, Postgres, queues, and LLM APIs where they earn their keep), monitored so failures are loud, and documented so you're never hostage to us. We connect the tools you already use — email, CRMs, sheets, payment and messaging platforms — into workflows that just happen.

Typical wins — inbox triage, CRM upkeep, reporting, follow-ups, invoicing
You get — the code, the docs, the dashboards
03

Chatbots & Voice Agents

Conversational AI trained on your content — your website, documents, FAQs and process — so it answers like your best-briefed employee and never makes things up. Text chatbots that live in a corner of your site, answer questions 24/7, qualify visitors and book appointments straight into your calendar. And voice agents that pick up the phone, handle routine calls, and hand the complex ones to a human. Retrieval-grounded so replies stay factual; escalation built in so nothing important gets stuck with a bot. The assistant in the corner of this very page is one of ours.

Text bots — site-embedded, RAG-grounded
Voice — inbound & outbound agents
Built in — appointment booking, lead capture, human handoff
04

Website Design

Cinematic, fast, conversion-first websites — hand-coded, no page builders, no bloated themes. Every site ships with designed light and dark modes, real content structure, accessibility baked in, and load times that keep Google and your visitors happy. Nineteen full sites in our template library show exactly what we mean — every one is live and clickable, and any of them can be re-forged around your brand in days.

Stack — hand-written HTML/CSS/JS
Ships with — light+dark themes, SEO, analytics
Proof — 19 live templates
05

SaaS & Mobile App Development

Full products, built end to end: web applications, mobile apps, admin dashboards, billing, authentication and the APIs underneath. We architect for scale but ship an honest MVP first, so you learn from real users before over-building. Web on modern stacks, mobile with React Native / Expo for one codebase across iOS and Android. The strongest proof isn't a case study — it's that we run our own SaaS products (a lead-data platform, an email-verification service, a research app) on exactly this stack.

Web — Python/FastAPI · Postgres · React
Mobile — React Native / Expo, one codebase
Approach — MVP first, then scale
06

Lead Generation Systems

Pipelines that find, enrich, verify and reach your ideal customers — then keep doing it. Scraping and data collection, email verification (powered by our own product, NoMailBounce), decision-maker enrichment, and outreach sequences with honest deliverability practices. Built as systems you own and can inspect, not a black-box subscription you rent forever.

Pipeline — find → enrich → verify → reach
Verification — our own engine
Ownership — yours, fully
07

Technical Documentation

The documents that decide whether software gets built once or twice: business requirements (BRD), product requirements (PRD), software requirements specifications (SRS) and entity relationship diagrams (ERD). We write requirements that are numbered, testable and traceable — the kind a developer can build from without a call, and a client can sign off without ambiguity. Useful whether you're briefing an in-house team, holding an agency to a fixed price, or documenting a legacy system nobody wrote down before replacing it.

Which document do you actually need? →

Covers — BRD · PRD · SRS · ERD
Standard — ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148
Test — every requirement verifiable
08

Project Management Documents

Charters, RAID logs, status reporting, change logs, risk registers, closure and handover packs — written for the way your project actually runs. We document across methodologies: Agile and Scrum (backlogs, sprint artefacts, definition of done, retrospective records), traditional Waterfall (work breakdown structures, Gantt baselines, stage gates, formal sign-off), Kanban and hybrid models where a regulated client demands waterfall governance over an agile delivery. We won't force a ceremony you don't need, and we'll tell you which templates to skip.

Which project documents earn their keep →

Methods — Agile · Scrum · Waterfall · Kanban · hybrid
Core pack — charter · RAID · status · change log
Ends with — closure & handover
09

SOPs & Operations Manuals

Standard operating procedures that a new starter can follow alone, and the operations manual that ties them together. We capture by recording the work as it actually happens rather than scheduling a writing project that never starts — then structure it into one-page procedures with decision points, exception paths and an observable definition of done. The result shortens onboarding, removes the single-person dependency in your business, and gives an acquirer or auditor evidence that the company is a system rather than a set of habits.

How we write procedures people follow →

Format — one page per procedure
Includes — decision points & escalation
Discipline — ISO 9001 documented information
10

Product Knowledge Base & Help Centre

A help centre built from your support tickets, not your feature list — so the first twenty articles answer the twenty questions customers actually ask. Structured by user intent, written with the answer first, and titled in the words customers use rather than your internal vocabulary. Public articles also rank for long-tail problem searches, which quietly turns support content into an acquisition channel. And because a retrieval chatbot is only as good as the corpus behind it, this is the groundwork that makes an AI assistant worth switching on.

How to build one people actually use →

Built from — your real ticket data
Measured on — deflection, not page views
Feeds — your support chatbot
11

Bulk Email Verification & Bounce Testing

List cleaning before you send, powered by NoMailBounce — our own verification engine, not a reseller account. Syntax, domain and MX checks, disposable and role-account detection, and SMTP probing, returning three honest verdicts: valid, invalid and genuinely unknown. Catch-all domains cannot be verified by SMTP and we say so rather than guessing. Paired with authentication setup — SPF, DKIM and DMARC — because since February 2024 Gmail requires bulk senders to hold spam complaints under 0.3%, and verification alone only solves half of that.

How verification works, and what it can't tell you →

Engine — NoMailBounce, ours
Verdicts — valid · invalid · unknown
Also — SPF · DKIM · DMARC setup

How we engage

Small scope first. Always.

a

The brief

You tell us what's slow, manual or leaking leads. One short form, one reply within a business day — usually with two or three concrete suggestions before any money moves.

Cost — nothing
Reply — within 1 business day
b

The first slice

We scope the smallest piece that proves value — one automation, one landing page, one chatbot, one pipeline stage — with a fixed price and a short timeline. No retainers before results.

Pricing — fixed, in writing
Timeline — days to weeks, not quarters
c

The handover

Code, documentation, credentials and a walkthrough. If you never need us again, that's a successful project. Most people come back with the next bottleneck anyway.

You own — everything
Lock-in — none, by design

What's the bottleneck?
