AI Consulting Services
grounded in production, not slides.
We find where AI genuinely pays off in your business — and tell you plainly where it doesn't. AI integration for your real processes and data, delivered as a prioritized roadmap and working software, from a studio that runs its own AI products every day.
Audit → roadmap → build
Engagements start with a working session on your actual processes and data — not a generic "AI strategy" deck. We identify where a model would genuinely save time or money, and end with a prioritized roadmap: what to automate, what to buy off the shelf, what to build custom, and what to skip entirely. Once the roadmap is agreed, we build the pieces that clear the bar. Before you commit budget to a full rollout, a small pilot is often the smartest move — we walk through that reasoning in our note on pilot programs for testing technology before commitment.

LLMs, RAG and agents — chosen for the problem
We work with modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, open models), retrieval-augmented generation for answers grounded in your own content, agentic workflows where a model needs to take multiple steps, and classic machine learning where it simply fits better. The tool is chosen for your problem, not for the hype cycle. RAG in particular is how you get an AI that answers from your documents instead of making things up — a distinction that matters more than any model benchmark for most businesses.
Chosen for — your problem, not the trend
Honest "don't do this" advice
Plenty of AI projects shouldn't happen — the data isn't there, a spreadsheet already solves it, or the cost outweighs the gain. We'll tell you when that's the case, because our reputation is worth more than one oversold engagement. That honesty comes from experience: we run our own AI products daily — a lead-data platform, an email-verification service, and a startup-research app — on the same techniques we'd apply for you. The advice comes from production scars, not conference talks.

How we work
Small scope first. Always.
The free brief
You tell us where you think AI might help. One short form, one reply within a business day — usually with an honest read on whether it's worth pursuing before any money moves.
Reply — within 1 business day
The first slice
We scope the smallest piece that proves value — one audit, one integration, one working prototype — at a fixed price and short timeline. No retainer before you've seen results.
Timeline — days to weeks
The handover
Code, documentation, credentials and a walkthrough. Whatever we build on your behalf is yours — models, prompts, pipelines and all. No lock-in, by design.
Lock-in — none
Questions
Straight answers.
How do you price AI consulting?
Fixed per scope, quoted after the free brief. We don't sell open-ended retainers before there's a result to point at — you get a written price for a defined audit or build, and decide from there.
What if AI isn't the right answer for us?
Then we'll say so. A meaningful part of good AI consulting is telling you when a simpler tool, or nothing at all, beats a model. We'd rather keep the relationship than oversell one project.
Do you work with US businesses and time zones?
Yes. We're an independent studio working remotely with startups and businesses across the US and worldwide, with briefs answered within one business day.
How do you keep an AI from making things up?
Retrieval-augmented generation. We ground the model in your own content so answers come from your documents and data rather than the model's imagination, with clear limits on what it will and won't attempt.
What do I own at the end?
Everything we build for you — the code, prompts, pipelines, documentation and credentials. There's no black box and no lock-in; you can run or extend it however you like.
Can we start small before committing to a big rollout?
That's exactly how we recommend working. A small, fixed-price first slice — an audit or a single prototype — lets you see real value before scaling, which is the whole point of a pilot.
